PROJECT MEETING AT DRESDEN 2024

On August 21 and 22, 2024, the annual BUILD CARE project meeting took place at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Dresden. This meeting provided a valuable opportunity for interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary exchange among partners from the fields of architecture, medicine, and socio-economics.

The first day began with a session where all project partners presented their research findings to date. During the lunch break, a poster session held as part of the ARCH4HEALTH seminar by the Chair of Social and Health Care Buildings an Design at TU Dresden offered an ideal opportunity to engage with architecture students. In the afternoon, PhD candidates Birgit Moser and Anne-Sophie Schoß presented their research projects in the PhD seminar, which led to lively discussions.

On the second day, Sessions 2 and 3 focused on exchange among project partners and included a persona workshop. The concluding discussion round covered potential joint publications, future project activities, and next steps.
